Emily serves as the Lead Pastor of New Point Church and is passionate about helping people make room for God in real, everyday life. She believes faith isn’t meant to stay inside church walls but to shape how we live, lead, love, and serve each day.
Since coming to New Point in 2005 with her husband Jason, Emily has served in a variety of ministry roles. Her heart has always been the same: to help people encounter Jesus, grow in spiritual maturity, and step confidently into their calling.
Emily is passionate about raising up leaders, strengthening families, and building a church where everyone feels seen, known, and invited into deeper relationship with Christ.
She and Jason have three children: Jackson, Bennett, and Stella and love creating a home centered around faith, laughter, and meaningful connection.

Tony serves as the Pastoral Ministry Associate at New Point Church, fueled by a passion to “be in the room when He moves.” Whether he is praying with someone at the Food Pantry or mentoring students in the youth group, Tony is most inspired when witnessing the transformative power of prayer. He loves helping people connect with the truth that God loves them, sees them and knows them by name.
Since joining the New Point family with his wife, Jody, in 2017, Tony has been a frequent presence in the church’s outreach efforts. From the local impact of Harbor of Hope, City Reach, and the Food Pantry to international mission trips to Tijuana Mexico, as well as playing on the worship team. Tony thrives on serving both on the front lines and behind the scenes, and endeavors to live out the call of Hebrews 10:24:
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.“
When he isn’t serving the congregation, Tony is often found leaning into his creative and adventurous side. He is a beekeeper, enjoys sailing, and playing acoustic guitar. Tony and Jody cherish time spent with friends, playing with their pups, and recharging on vacation.
