Harbor of Hope

This serving opportunity will take place at Harbor of Hope in Des Moines. This is a transitional and sober house that houses about 42 men who are living there at any given time. They are all working and attending AA or celebrate recovery programs to help get their lives back on track.

We will be providing a quarterly meal to these residents and helping to bring God’s love to these men. This serving opportunity will take place on Monday, October 16th from 5-8pm. We will need a couple volunteers to help make/serve the meals as well as some strong Christian men to help talk to the men there and encourage them.

Minimum Age to volunteer is 18 years old.
