WHAT IS EQUIP?

Equip is a once-a-month Saturday gathering that blends:

• Biblical teaching
• Spiritual formation
• Leadership development
• Group discussion and prayer

The heart behind Equip is simple: to intentionally develop leaders who are spiritually healthy, unified in vision, and equipped to serve for the long haul.

WHO IS EQUIP FOR?

Equip is open to anyone in our church who senses a desire to grow, lead, or serve more intentionally.

This includes:

• Current ministry leaders and volunteers
• Emerging leaders
• Those exploring where God may be leading them next
• Anyone who wants to grow in spiritual maturity and leadership confidence
• New Point Students who desire to grow in leadership

You do not need to hold a leadership title to participate, just a willingness to grow.

WHAT WILL WE COVER?

Over six sessions, we’ll focus on:

• Vision, values, and church culture
• Spirit-led leadership and healthy rhythms
• Those exploring where God may be leading them next
• Discovering and leading from your spiritual gifts
• Team leadership and communication
• Building strong volunteer teams and ministry systems
• Shepherding people and leading for the long haul

First Saturday of the month | 9:00–11:00 AM

• June 6
• (No July)
• August 1 — Final session and commissioning

While we understand that life happens, Equip is designed as a journey, and participants are asked to attend as many sessions as possible.
